You sign in with a link, not a password. When your site went live, we emailed you a sign-in link. Open that email and follow the link to reach your customer area.

Lost the email, or the link has expired? Sign-in links stay valid for 24 hours. Write to hello@sitedevhq.com with your practice name and we'll restore your access by hand, usually within one working day.
